All over the world, for thousands of years, touch has comforted us, supported us,  helped us feel good and more....It’s long been a part of our daily lifestyle to keep our body and mind in balanced health.
And recently, this ‘simple’ touch has progressed further. More and more defined massage techniques have been developed as we learn more about how the body functions and its various systems. Time and time again, research into touch therapy shows that it can help us with many healing processes – both physical and emotional.
My 15 years of experience in complementary therapies have taken me on an exciting learning journey, working with hundreds of clients in many different cultures. My passion for my work has only grown over this time as I have developed and refined the skills in massage therapy which can help us all, from young to old. I am always looking to explore new touch techniques and to grow and develop even further.
